After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in 2021, I took my health more seriously.
Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune disease that attacks your thyroid. My thyroid completely shut down. I was gaining weight, feeling sluggish and my joints ached. On top of all that, I would have chronic, excruciating migraines.
Being consistent with an exercise program, diet and getting my hormones in balanced, I was able to drop weight and gain muscle. My joints no longer ache. I no longer battle migraines daily and I have more energy.
Now, I want to focus on helping others overcome the obstacles they are battling and help them become healthier, as well as build confidence in themselves.
I am Certified as a Master Trainer and I lead our Core Labs and Booty Boot Camp classes.

I am an OIF/OEF combat veteran, personal trainer, nutritionist and a bodybuilder competitor. I have been weight training my entire life and level II certified in MMA while serving my country in the United States Army. I have many certifications and talents.

I love watching and helping people transform in their fitness journey. That’s one of the reasons why I like working with beginners. It’s a joy to watch others achieve their fitness and health goals. I also like to work with those who have tried and for some reason, gave up. As someone who has overcome obstacles myself, I love to encourage and help motivate others. I find having someone in your corner rooting you on, creates a positive gym environment that helps keep you motivated.
My over all fitness approach is through weightlifting and diet. Just a little extra about me: My favorite workout days are my leg days. Box step-up is one of my go-to exercises. Robert began his training at the age of 7, under his mentor, Andries (Andy) Cane, the founder of American Budokan, the Cane method.
Robert is a 3rd degree black belt in American Budokan, which is a mixture of Judo, Jiu Jitsu and Aikido. Robert also holds a 2nd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, Duk Kwan.
Robert used his skills to teach the San Antonio Police Department in defensive and arrest tactics.
Robert is also a military Veteran who served his country in the United States Marine.
Jessica is a certified personal trainer who focuses on working with seniors, women and children. She will push you to your goals through a support, encouragement and the right amount of tough love.
My passion for fitness started with martial arts and teaching self-defense classes, where I saw firsthand how movement and strength can empower people. Helping others—especially women and children—gain confidence in their abilities became my driving force.
